Qualification of PPR Pipes 1\Standard

The PP-R pipe products of our company are produced and detected according to the national standard GB/T 18742.2-2002.
2\Color
PP-R pipes have two colors, curry and white. Pipes marked with blue strip are applicable to conveying cold water, and marked with red strip are applicable to conveying hot water.
3\Pressure grade
Our PP-R pipes includes S5\S4\S3.2\S2.5 belonging to 4 pipe series. Generally, S3.2 and S2.5 are applied to hot-water pipes system, S5\S4 and S3.2 are for cooling-water pipes system.
During the designation of pipeline system, safe coefficient could be l. 25 or 1.5 depending on different application background.
4\Specification and size
Our company's PP-R hot-cooling water pipe, pipefitting raw material adopts the number of North Europe PP-R. Specifications we possess are D20\D25\D32\D40\D50\D63\D75\D90\D110 and etc. We have 4 meters each pipe, and can cut the length depending on customers request, or provide products as coiled pipes.
